Strengthening partnerships between law enforcement and the community

This week's speaker is Major Paul Okamoto of the Honolulu Police Department. Major Okamoto has served HPD in various leadership positions throughout his career and has been actively involved in community outreach, public safety initiatives, and he also helped launch Hawaii's Safer Roads Campaign. He is passionate about strengthening partnerships between law enforcement and the community and has frequently represented HPD in public discussions on safety and community engagement.
