Objective of this 12th annual fundraising event
The Rotary Club of Waikiki uses the proceeds of this major annual fundraiser to support community and international service projects, which include water sanitation projects in Southwest Asia to dozens of service projects right here in the heart of our community. Following are just a few of the many organizations and projects that have received our help in the past and may benefit from this fundraiser:
- Waikiki, Kuhio, Kalihi Kai and Puuhale Elementary Schools
- YMCA of Honolulu
- Diamond Head and Ala Wai clean up projects
- Rotary Youth Leadership (RYLA)
- Homeless Solutions
- Senior Citizen Housing
- La Pietra Rotary Interact Club
- Waikiki Health Center
- St Louis School Interact Club
- Waikiki Community Center
- Vision Projects
- Next Step Homeless Shelter and many more.
Below are several ways in which you can contribute
You can contribute by donating cash
Please complete the form at the bottom of this page and one of our committee members will contact you to accept your payment either via credit card, bank transfer or check.
You can contribute by donating Silent Auction and Raffle prizes
The Silent Auction and Raffle items are the most important sources of income generated at our event, and we request your consideration and generosity through donation of an item or gift certificate for this worthwhile cause. You can mail a certificate or a letter indicating what your gift is or a member of Rotary will personally pick up your donation/gift. If you would like to deliver the donation personally, please be our guest for lunch on any Wednesday at noon at the Pacific Beach Hotel. Contact us or complete the contribution form below.
You can contribute by joining us and purchasing tickets
Over 400 of Hawaii’s business and community leaders attend this event every year, so please also consider joining us with a purchase of a pair of seats or a table for this fun evening of great food and entertainment. Contact us or complete the contribution form below.
We need volunteers

Benefiting from giving
Your gift/s will be gratefully acknowledged at our Rotary Club’s weekly meetings, in our club’s weekly newsletter - the 'Waikiki Surf', in our Food Fest printed program, in our Food Fest press releases, our social media posts and prominently displayed along with other gifts from well known and respected businesses the evening of the event.
