Terri Dietz, B.S., NSCA-CPT, AISS, WELCOA Faulty

Owner of WYAO Hawaii Corporate Wellness, LLC., a consultant company that partners with businesses to assess their current wellness program, then designs a program to systematically take their current wellness program to a thriving wellness system, affecting the health and well-being of its employees, business and overall culture.

Terri holds a degree in Exercise Physiology and has over 30 years of experience in the health, fitness and wellness industry. Some of her work includes working in hospital-based wellness programs, creating wellness programing for health insurance companies, working with hospital based bariatric pre and post-surgery patients, as well as in fitness design and classes for the active aging in assisted care facilities.  Her work has taken her across the country, from Florida to California.

She is an accomplished athlete, competing in Aerobic Gymnastics, holding 4 Gold National titles, a Gold International title and 2 silver World Medals. After retiring from the sport at age 40 she went on to compete in Cross Fit and Outrigger Canoe Paddling.  Currently, her training involves open ocean swimming where she finds solitude and peace, that both nourishes and challenges the mind, soul and body.

Her experiences have affronted her opportunities, as a national and international motivator and speaker.  Most recently in Brazil where she worked with BT Fit to film 60 – boot camp classes for their on-line international markets. She has worked for the Concourse Athletic Club in Atlanta, Georgia as their Group Exercise and Spinning Director and is currently a Group Exercise Trainer at the Honolulu Club.  She is also a certified Master Trainer for Tababata GX™, Tabata Bootcamp™ and Barre Above™.
