Kalei Inn is a management consultant with a Ph.D. from Stanford University in Sociology of Education. She is an award winning educator, skillful facilitator, and management specialist. She has extensive experience in academia, non-profit organizations, and businesses in the United States and Hong Kong. She parlayed her research on how organizational structure affects people’s engagement with the organization directly into her consulting business. The unique depth and breadth of her experience in academia, business and community work has equipped Kalei to help clients meet their organizational goals and challenges.
